"Excellent location and great views but amenities were lacking, air conditioning was not working due to seasonal operations which led to uncomfortable sleeping situation. Electrical options for plug in devices was old, no usb ports. Had to request toilet paper as it was not replenished when room was cleaned, the suite has a lot of space but a very small flat screen tv that didn’t offer any other languages other than Italian, Place feels old and is in need of some updating. With some upgrades...

Your access code is needed for the gate, building and room so make sure you have cellular access to receive the code information in advance. The roads and parking are tight but worth the climb. "

"The Staff is incredible and the property is clean and well maintained. The beds and pillows were incredibly hard. Literally felt like burlap. The neighborhood is run down. Incredible staff made up for the rest of the shortcomings. Pool was nice. AC is week."
