They are both assets to the organization and made our stay perfect. I had only one observation in the outdoor dining area on the rooftop. The wait staff did not clean the table from the prior customers before serving me aperitivo."

"This was the perfect base for our short stay in Naples. Super convenient from the train station with plenty of food options nearby. We particularly loved the rooftop terrace which gave us a fantastic view over the city. We were also especially impressed with the service, the person on reception for most of our stay (I think his name was Francesco) was extremely helpful and courteous. The room was very comfortable and well fitted. We loved our stay and would absolutely stay here again. "

"The discovery of this great property was a wonderful part of our Amalfi Coast adventure. This is a four star facility that should be ranked higher. Simply gorgeous with spectacular Mediterranean views and an equally Spectacular manager (Pepe, 10-generations at this property) and his superb staff. Breakfast was an amazing array of Italian breakfast delicacies. The hourly bus rides from the quaint town of Agerola, San Lazaro, were a thrill unto themselves and the photography opportunities were limitless. Albeit, note, those transits were in the 35-45 min range. That noted this deluxe hotel and staff were the true stars of our visit to this great Global travel site. "
