"All the staff we encountered were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They arranged one tour for us, and were very responsive with messages. The room was not large but more than adequate exceptionally clean. The location can’t be beat - walkable to train and ferries, right in center of town. Yet it was not noisy at night. The included breakfast is a real bonus. Great selection and great cappuccino. All in all, a great experience. If and when I return to Sorrento I’m not looking anywhere else. "

"Room was so spacious and clean. I loved the pillows. Our room could get a little loud since it was above a shopping area but great location despite being a little loud. If our balcony door was shut it blocked out the sound. Delicious breakfast and super helpful staff. Great location. Bathroom could use some new fixtures but it was fairly clean. "
