The hotel was more than welcoming, I needed a couple of extra nights and they made accommodations without hesitation. Location was perfect for meeting with tour companies or to take the ferry. The rooftop bar was a nice relaxing place to view the water and have a drink plus there was a small pool. I would recommend them to anyone travelling to Sorrento and planning to stay.

Our room was a great size with a great view. Our room floors ruined our socks, as they were dirty and lots of hair. The blanket in closet was very dirty. The towel to put at your feet in shower was stained light brown. When we arrived we had to carry our luggage down steps and 2 male staff just watched. - leaving we had assistance. Overall hotel is nice, but 3 stars tops.

The room was in terrible condition, with poor air conditioning, mold, dirt, the sheets were dirty, the bathroom was very dirty, and it was very uncomfortable. My family and I developed severe allergies.

The hotel was clean. Pool closes at 6PM for the evening rooftop bar to open. Staff was not friendly, helpful or welcoming… unless they were begging you to spend money at the restaurant. The breakfast offerings were minimal & some customers were served espresso/cappuccino while others ignored.

This hotel is both beautiful, clean and well situated at the harbor for ease of tours, travel and restaurants. The morning breakfast has many choices along with a barista to make your favorite caffe. We had a Seaview with balcony room! Absolutely beautiful! We highly recommend.

They upgraded our room because our bed was SOAKED when we arrived and we refused to sleep in it. The blonde receptionist didn’t seem very welcoming, but the bar staff at the rooftop patio was amazing. Very welcoming, and generous. Pool was nice, location is great for catching a ferry, did wish they would clean the floors in the hotel room as my feet got dirty a lot and I had to shuffle around with a towel on the floor… also I don’t think they actually changed our bedding? I think they just remade it rather than giving us new sheets which was new for us hahha. Otherwise we had an okay time here. Breakfast was terrible, very minimal offerings, no effort put into it like our other hotel stays had. The restaurant attached to the hotel was very pushy on us eating there and you HAVE to walk through the restaurant to get to your elevator which put us in awkward positions a lot when we wanted to try other restaurants and explore the city.
