"Excellent service the moment you walk in, courteous and attentive to every need that you might have. Clean room, and quiet at night. Breakfast is just amazing and the staff is so helpful... while sitting at my table, I didn't have to get up for little things. My room was facing the amazing Positano beach, and it did not disappoint at all. Keep in mind that you would hear the noise of the beach, but once you close the doors is just fine."

Our room was spotless and very comfortable throughout our stay. "This is a dream hotel in Sorrento, beautiful gardens surrounded it and views over the water from the balcony were amazing. The room was very comfortable and well decorated and equipped. The staff was super attentive and friendly to all our requests. We had lunch by the water in their exquisite restaurant and breakfast was excellent. We highly recommend this hotel. You will love it."

"Breakfast was about average for Italy( which means still good). Staff was exceptional. Floors were swept but unmoved so if you walk around room with bare feet, your feet will be very dirty. View exceptional - almost as good as Revello. And the convenience of the free shuttle is super."

"The hotel is impeccable. The room was clean and spacious. No complaints about the property. However, is important to consider that is up in one of the hills. You can walk down to the town but it’s hard to climb back up. There is no sidewalk and the road is busy with buses, cars, motorcycles, etc. That is Amalfi so do your research. Breakfast was bread, cold cuts, yogurts and coffee. They had hard boiled eggs too. They said they are not allowed to cook. So be prepared for that. There are a few restaurants walking distance but they close from 3pm-7pm. That is Amalfi and Italy for you. The owners are polite except for the most senior guy. We saw him slap a guest in the hand for trying to make a sandwich and putting it in the toaster oven. I got yelled at for accidentally taking a banana out of the breakfast area. The other guys who I assume are his sons were polite and helpful but be careful with that older guy."
