Til en start var personalet søde og hjælpsomme, og jeg fik lov at checke tidligere ind, men da jeg fik et forkert værelse uden balkon (som bestilt), så var tonen knap så venlig og de kunne pludselig ikke tale engelsk eller svare på mine beskeder. 「Located a few minutes from all kinds of dining options, a 15-20 min walk from the entrance of the archeological site of Pompei and the bus to Vesuvio, and a short walk to the train to Herculaneum and Napoli, Lorenzo's apartment was the perfect home base for exploring the area. Lorenzo was very accommodating and communicative, responded quickly to every question I had and gave great recommendations. I definitely plan on staying here when I visit the area again.
