Great location, not far from the train station, so you can visit Sorrento and Pompeii. Bar area on the ground floor lovely, other areas of the hotel looked tired. We did pack beach towels for the pool - note: none provided unless you pay a €15 charge for using your room towel.

The shower drain was clogged when we arrived, and the next day the sink drain was clogged as well. Super friendly and helpful staff. Nice location, and great views from the roof terrace.

This is a unique hotel right on the sea front. It’s a beautiful old building which has been cared for and is presented in such a way that makes you feel like you are staying in a grand old hotel. The beach opposite isn’t the cleanest but it has sun beds and brollies for five euros each. The breakfast room at the hotel is stunning. The choice at breakfast wasn’t huge and the hot food wasn’t very hot, but for the price and surroundings we didn’t feel the need to moan about it. The coffee, croissants and fruit were all good. Stayed in the family room and it was plenty big enough, as was the bathroom. Would I stay again? Absolutely!

Nice hotel. Amazing breakfast and fantastic views from the roof top Terrace. Sadly there was building work going on in the room next to us which disturbed us a little first thing (and the maid tried to enter the room to clean it two hours before check out which was a little odd). Would still stay again as it was perfect for a visit to the town.

From checking in to checking out, and everything in between, this hotel was amazing. If you are North American, the biggest bed is like a larger queen, not a true king but great nonetheless. The online pictures of the hotel are accurate. We didn't use the pool as our weather was around 20C but the views and deck are beautiful. This location is perfect to get to Pompeii. The commuter train is only 3 blocks away. For 3 Euros, you can go to Pompeii or Naples or Sorento. We took day trip to Ravello, by taxi. The staff can recommend great restaurants and travel advice. Overall it was even better than expected. It is truly deserving of 5 stars.

A very nice hotel, everything is renovated and clean, breakfast on the terrace was my favorite part, the view is spectacular. The location in front of the beach is very good for walking along the entire boulevard.

Hotel Stabia is on the water/boardwalk. It's walkable to the boat docks. The Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean. The bed comfortable. Breakfast is included and had everything anyone would want. The views of the water from the breakfast room were stunning. I will definitely stay there again.

Brilliant location, and amazing views over the sea and Vesuvius. 5 min walk to train station so easy to get around the local area. However the hotel felt basic, with heating on in October despite being 20 degrees outside as ‘some guests said it was cold’. Disappointing that the rooftop pool and hot tub are only open in July and August. Great shower though. Average breakfast with the worst coffee you’ve ever tasted.

Very nice hotel in a great location, easy to take the train to either Pompeii or Capri etc. Also right on the boardwalk which is perfect for night walks and restaurants. Charming older hotel, breakfast area was amazing. Issues, in my room the TV and air con would not turn on

Gorgeous hotel, shower was a struggle for me as someone tall as was angled. Rooftop was sometimes closed for events but has a great view. Area immediately surrounding hotel is nice and has some fantastic restaurants, but wider town is a little run down. Good base for exploring the area.
