Nice stay

We had a great stay at the Hotel dei Congressi. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were good sized. The internet access was a bit bad at times in the room, but otherwise it was good too. It worked well especially in the common areas. The pool was really nice as well as the rooftop terrace. The hotel is not the most modern, but it has a very nice charisma. We enjoyed it, thank you!

Staying here was one of the best decision we've ever made!! The hotel is beautiful!! Accessible to the train station which is only 16 minutes away walking. Theur breakfaat is delicious!! The staff is very nice. Their pool is beautiful and we loved the bar by it. I cant wait to come back with my kids next time. Beautiful views!! Thank you for helping my husband and i create unforgettable memories🙏

Absolutely lovely team of people, very helpful. Evening dining was limited as pizzeria only open on Saturday. They run a set menu in the main restaurant in the evening which was v uninspired. Maitre De is hardest working man ever. My husband and i baulked when we found they made instant coffee, not what we expect. Maurizio the bar man was a great addition and was very efficient. Honestly the views are beautiful, the team superb, the bar menu probably better than the dinner menu! The place was dparkling. Really good ppl, recommend

We arrived via train from Naples at 10pm, and I had messaged the front desk to ask how to get a taxi at that hour in this small town. Instead, they were there at the train station to pick us up. They went above and beyond to help us during our stay including giving our family of 4 an extra room for a very reasonable rate so we could have some space and enjoy our time there. Service was exceptional beyond any other stay during our 3 week European trip. The hotel has a beautiful pool and rooftop bar with amazing views. The only downside is the lack of taxis and ubers, but we took the Circumvesuvia train to Sorrento both days and that worked well. Thank you especially to Sal and Max at the front desk, they were wonderful and so accommodating!

In the heart of a non tourist area. Grabbed a large pizza at one of the local shops for 5 Euro and it was delicious. Hotel was great and the free reakfast was fabulous.

I couldn't believe the hotel charges customers for bathing caps to go in the pool, it is the most rediculous thing I've ever heard... I wasn't sure if i had to shave my hairy legs too ! Suggestion for you hotel, put the hair caps in the price of the room stop making good prices and charge customers once on site with these rediculous purchases. On the other hand the hotel was very clean nice room.

Mixed feelings

On one hand, the hotel is clean, and feels luxurious. However, basic services are lacking. Wifi did not work at all during our four nights stays and I notified them on day one. Some staff members made me feel unwelcome while others have gone the extra mile to help. Restaurant is good but confusing for a tourist has I discovered you have to reserve in advance. Also, the last morning, no more water. Hotel said it was city wide.

Et stort og spektakulært hotell som dessverre ikke holder samme standard som før. Trenger en oppussing. Sengene var harde og frokostbufeen var begrenset med mye kaker og lite mat. Beliggenheten var fin og relativt stille og rolig i en ellers ganske bråkete by. Utsikten fra rommet med sjøutsikt var spektakulær.

Hotel com Atendimento impecável . Todos muito simpáticos e fazem de tudo para atender da melhor forma possível . Café da manhã maravilhoso . Um Hotel clássico , com quartos enormes , antigo com marcas do tempo . Alguns quartos precisam de pequenas reformas . Está cerca de 1,5 km da estação de trem que leva para Pompéia . Não tem restaurantes ao lado , somente no centro da cidade . Jantamos no Hotel e foi muito bom e com ótimo preço .

Das Hotel ist relativ gut, ich denke mal für die Verhältnisse hier eines der gehobenen Hotels. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfreich, auch wenn einige kein Englisch können. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag dasselbe. Das nervigste am Hotel ist, das jeden Abend an der Dachterasse eine Rooftop Bar stattfindet mit sehr lauter Musik. Die Wände und Fenster sind kaum schalldicht. Interessant ist es hier für Leute mit dem Auto, da es hier Parkplätze gibt.

Très chaleureux, service à l'italienne

Cet hôtel est noté en dessous de la note de 8, c'était pour une seule nuit, nous n'avons pas rechigné. A notre grande surprise le temps passé fut meilleur que les autres hôtels >8. Certainement les clients n'ont pas apprécié l'absence de modernité dans les chambres et les couloirs mais les structures de plomberies toilettes et douches elles, sont récentes et fonctionnelles. Le personnel parle un bon français et enfin nous pouvons dire avoir été reçu à l'italienne. Cette bâtisse est magnifique et a su garder son jus, le petit déjeuner est succinct mais ce qui est proposé est de qualité. Une petite pas grande mais très belle piscine avec une vue sur les montagnes, c'était exceptionnel, un vrai repos. En quelques mots, vous êtes plutôt dans une maison géante avec une gestion familiale qu'un hôtel assumé. Nous reviendrons si nous repassons par là. Mille mercis à tous. Famille G & F et ses enfants.

Short overnight stay

Considering low season, overall impression of hotel & service was fine. The room was tidy with a specular view to the bay and Mt. Vesuvius in the background. Since we arrived only at midnight, we only expirienced the (deserted) roof terrace in the morning, just before departure. Nice place !

First of all, the hotel isnt as it looks. The pool is full everyday with none hotel guest but people from the outside lots of kids lits of noise. Wouldnt recommend it if you want peace and quite. The parking sucked big time they had an event so they wanted the event guest to park at the hotel instead of the hotel guest, they really didnt care for the hotel guest and if they had a parking. The breakfadt is alot of cake and unhealthy as a pastry chef the cakes were not as you hear it dry and not eatable. Worth hotel experience i have ever had. Would not go back there or recommend it, they keep saying at the hotel when we complained for the price is good what you get, no no you cant use that as a argument.

Skuffende oplevelse.

Vi havde bestilt “family junior suite” i 8 dage. Dette er på ingen måde en suite! Det er hotellets 2 dårligste værelser man har joinet og så kaldt en suite. Alle andre værelser har altan eller terrasse. Vi havde en fransk altan hos den ene og et lille vindue hos den anden. Der blev holdt fest på terrassen lige over os så det var umuligt at opholde sig på værelset pga larmen. En anden var der fest ved poolen så den ikke kunne benyttes. Hvis du kan lide kagebord vil du elske morgenmaden. Det kan vi desværre ikke. Tilsidst oplevede vi flere gange en receptionist der ikke gad hjælpe men bad os selv Google tingene. Alt i alt yderst skuffende.
