La comunicación con el anfitrión fue muy buena y muy rápida. Siempre atento a mis preguntas. La ubicación también fue muy buena. Justo afuera de la propiedad pasa la ruta de autobús 202 y 254 y muy cerca de la estación central

I liked the accommodation, it had everything we needed. It was clean and well located. The TV, internet, and air conditioning were surprisingly good as well. The hotel staff were very helpful, they assisted us with all our questions and gave us some useful tips too. I highly recommend it!

We had a great stay at Napoli-In. The cleaning lady was incredibly warm and welcoming, a wonderful representative of Neapolitan hospitality. We loved the warm breakfast every day with vouchers for a nearby café where we could sit outside. Responses to our questions and requests were always fast, and we really appreciated the 110V outlet in the bathroom—the only place among the four B&Bs we stayed in Italy that offered both a proper breakfast and a 110V outlet. The room was clean, and although the neighborhood may feel rough or intimidating to some North American visitors, it was actually safe and very convenient with supermarkets, and gelato places nearby, and once inside the building it was quiet.

There is a feature which doesn't depend on the hotel, but which might create problems for the disabled guests in the wheel-chair, namely the fact, that outer gate closes at 18:00, making entering to the hotel by wheel-chair quasi impossible. Just keep in mind.

Absolutely loved staying in this property, and as soon as your enter the accommodation you feel safe and escape the busyness of the streets! It had everything we needed couldn’t recommend it enough! We felt the walk to the centre from where we were was a little unsettling and we saw a pick pocket in action but we still managed to get to everywhere we wanted to get to! Cannot fault where we stayed at all

10/10 apartment. Brilliant stay for a few nights in Naples. Far better and cheaper than the “cheap hotels”. Nice sized room and very clean, apartment in building on a courtyard behind the street so is very quiet. Easily accessible - 5 minutes walk to the main train station and garibaldi metro, so very easy to get about the city and can walk anywhere from the apartment. For the money there is no where better in the city than this!

Overall our stay was very good! We added a fourth person to our booking at the last minute and we were accommodated with no issues. We arrived a few hours late to check in but were still met by a staff to help us into the building and our room. Whenever we needed anything or had a question, we were assisted briefly and as best as possible. We would totally stay here again. Thank you for being responsive, friendly and accommodating!!!

The room itself was well furnished and the host was helpful and nice, only the instructions on access to the room could’ve been a bit more clears. Apart from that the location is fairly central, Naples just doesn’t have as much to offer as one might expect and is very dirty.

The included “breakfast” was a random cafe near by that gave us 1 espresso and 1 cake. The cafe had even changed its name and was not easy to locate. The bed and breakfast was difficult to find and difficult to get into without sevice and lots of locknumbers and codes.

I don’t really do reviews but it took us a long time to find the room. I thought it was going to be a hotel but it was a residential area. We did not feel safe in the area, I do take fault in not doing enough research. We tried to get a refund, however, the owner refused. The room was okay. I did end up getting bad allergies and felt terrible the rest of the day. Which made it worse. I have dry blood in my nose every time I blow. My friend told me she saw mold next to the tv! There’s so much dust in the bathroom and in the room. On the sink, there was black dust everywhere on the sink. The AC was running was so low. Like I said I don’t do review but this is not healthy to stay in a room like this. This is unsafe for people to stay.

For the price this accommodation is excellent. We were able to check in early, Simone stayed in touch throughout our stay. Breakfast is what you’d expect in Italy. The cafe is just on the next corner easy to find. You can’t miss it. B&B was very easy to find. Communication via email and WhatsApp before arrival was excellent and gave all the details and instructions needed. The security is excellent. We walked everywhere but then we love to find places you wouldn’t normally. With regards to comments about safety, treat Naples like any other city in the world be sensible and you’ll have a great time.
