The hotel is very well located in the heart of the bustling Spaccanapoli, but is lovely and quiet. The hotel room is very well decorated and clean. The hotel is small and not permanently staffed but support is always there. The roof top would be useful in summer Good location to explore the city.

Very comfortable hotel, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location is perfect if you want to live a real Napoli experience. Great area a lot of restaurants near and very good food and coffee. 10/10 for everything the room was very clean, and it has air condition. And you will find taxi just in the corner.

Friendly staff, amazing rooftop terrace to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Great location. My only comment is that the bathroom can benefit from a deep cleaning.

The room was modern and comfortable. This small hotel is the top floor of the building and has access to a rootop terrace. It's located on a pedestrian street filled with restaurants and shops. The desk clerk was very nice and helpful, including with suggestions on where to go. Note that the desk is staffed only for a few hours every day and you need to let them know when you'll be checking in so someone can be there. We checked out very early in the morning and found it charming that we had to exit the building courtyard through a small door set in the giant wooden door.

Logement très central pour visiter Naples. Le personnel était très sympathique et aidant, parlant anglais. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable, et la salle de bain parfaite avec une douche spacieuse et qui fonctionne parfaitement.

This hotel was amazing. The location was perfect, as everything we wanted to do and see was within walking distance. The staff were amazing also, could not fault them. They were so friendly and welcoming and even gave us recommendations on local places to eat and drink with great atmospheres. Would definitely be back to stay here next time we are in Naples

We loved the place. Super quiet and right in the middle of a busy area with good food and such. The front desk lady was Uber nice. Very attentive and very very helpful. We enjoyed our one night stay. Great view of vesuvias as well.

Location was great - it was in the middle of the action, with a lot of restaurants nearby. Room was great, on the larger side by European standards and very clean. Airconditioning worked great. Reaching the unit was a bit funky, including a super slow and small elevator (not paid). Receptionist was amazing - provided us with great suggestions for eating and visiting Napoli. The only drawback was the wifi - which was slow or mostly not working, however, this was not a big deal for us.

We just had one evening and half a day and this place was perfectly located with very pleasant and helpful staff. It's on the Spaccanapoli, so we had simple easy walking access to all the shops including the famous San Gregorio Armeno, the Cappela San Severo, and the many wonderful choices for foodies! Be aware that there is no direct vehicle access in front of this property, so if you have lots of luggage, you will have to be able to haul it for at least a block or many, depending on how you are getting there. Also, the property is on an upper floor with a rather tiny airless elevator! Very spacious bathroom, and it seemed well-maintained.

I am afraid that this is not a good hotel. First , let me say that the staff ( Chiara, Matteo and the cleaner) were extremely friendly and helpful . The problem started with gaining access. The hotel is on the fourth floor of an ancient and dingy block , and when I arrived at 5 pm on a Sunday, I could not get into the courtyard. When I eventually managed it , the lift seemed as old as the block , and I never felt safe in it . Then it turned out that the hotel did not do breakfast — but neither do they provide cutlery nor crockery for self service . I am really sorry to make these comments —especially as the staff are so nice. But people should be warned.

The location was great in the old city centre and an easy walk to the water or Spanish Quarter. Lots of stuff around the hotel itself. Entering through the mini door and courtyard was really fun and charming. Staff were great! Nothing more needed on that, all of them The AC was broken the first day and when I told them about it they had it fixed the next day. It was out for all units. The safe in the room was broken and they said the previous person did it but was never fixed as promised. We appreciate having a safe. The shower was great but i recommend getting hand soap for guests. We ended up using the body wash for the shower every day. Overall a great choice. Room was spacious, great view from the room in the courtyard. Take advantage of the roof top terrace for a drink.
