"The apartment is in a very good condition and ideal for families with kids. The place is in ideal location next to most of the popular places to visit in Naples. It is near Municipo and Toledo stops so one can visit places taking the metro. Spanish quarters, Langomere, Plebicito, Umbarto Galleria are within 5 minutes walk. Breakfast is served fresh in the cafe located in the same building. The property manager/host is extremely helpful and takes care of all the needs and issues and responds right away on WhatsApp. Plenty of halal food options, Turkish, Lebanese, Pakistani, Indian are right next to the building as well. "

"Room was clean but bath/shower dated so was not the safest. Pipes gurgled when using sink or shower. Staff cracked a smile from time to time but were professional. Breakfast was unfortunately on the 2 mornings we had it cold. Coffee was luke warm both days"

"I had a lovely stay. Room was clean, breakfast options were great and the location was perfect next to main train station in Naples. "

"Breakfast was a joke. The platters were empty. We waited 10 min , no one stocked anything. Then we asked one of the staff to make us omelet. They brought us plane one egg omelet and told us it will be 12 euros to room charge which they ended up waiving as there really was no food in the platters. First time had worst experience in a hotel. Bathroom has no vent fan. Shower door did not close and when we used the shower. Water is all over the floor outside shower. Front desk staff Francisco - so rude. Location is not tourist friendly . There are not good options to eat around the area either. "

"Breakfast food was bad and very limited for dairy free. A loud party til 12am disrupted our stay. Management were not empathetic and only comped a lunch bill for a night of interrupted sleep."

"The shower water pressure was extremely weak. The room lacked basic amenities like a vanity kit, body lotion, and hair conditioner. The hotel felt dated and looked nothing like the photos."
