"I originally had booked somewhere else, and I ended up having issues with the room there, having to look for another hotel after 10pm, which proved difficult, because most places don’t have an actual reception 24h. They do, I contacted them and was able to book a room for the night, receptionists were kind, the whole hotel has a very well functioning AC (which made the whole difference for the night). The room was clean, I really have nothing to say. They saved my first night in Italy!"

"The location was excellent with views of the ocean from our room and from the lovely rooftop bar. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has parking and very easy access to cabs. The air conditioning worked really well. The hotel is a little dated (à la 1990s) but still wonderful and spacious."

"We loved Naples Plaza so much that we decided to come back on our very last day in Naples — and once again, it was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The staff was incredibly kind, warm, and helpful, the room was comfortable and spotless, and the whole experience made us feel at home. Coming back for a second stay and receiving the same amazing treatment confirmed that our first experience wasn’t just luck — this place truly knows how to make its guests feel special. Naples already holds such a special place in our hearts, and Naples Plaza became part of those beautiful memories. Ending our trip here felt like the perfect goodbye to a city we fell completely in love with. Thank you for welcoming us twice and for making both stays so memorable. We would come back without hesitation and absolutely recommend Naples Plaza to anyone visiting this incredible city. ❤️🇮🇹 Until next time, Napoli! You will always feel a little bit like home."

"We were in Naples to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and staying at this hotel was our best choice. This hotel is top notch on everything!!! Very good room services, fantastic front desk service, amazing spa, beautiful infinity pool etc. They upgraded our room and gave us a bottle of Champagne for our anniversary. The a la carte breakfast was delicious at the Michelin star restaurant!! We really loved this hotel and will definitely come back!!!"
