My first time visiting Milan, and this hotel was exceptional. The staff were amazingly nice and considerate. The room was more than I expected it to be and it was very clean. I will definitely be back!

The room had a beautiful view, and the owner was extremely helpful— she allowed us to drop our bags four hours before check in. The cleaning staff were thorough, and our experience was perfect, especially for the price.

I was in Naples for one night before travelling elsewhere. Everything in the apartment is very modern, the bed is comfortable, and you’re close to everything you need travel wise. The staff were great also and gave me helpful information about the city.

Beautiful, modern, and spotless apartment with a stunning view, perfectly located next to the central station. Although we never met the host in person, communication via WhatsApp was excellent and everything went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Naples and highly recommend it to other travelers.

The location of this accommodation is great. Close to everything! A clean and modern space with everything you need. The shower was our only feedback - no edging and a slow drain. Water ran out towards the shower that we had to wipe up. We contacted the host and they were understanding. Other than this, it was great!

Would stay here again. Amazing hotel with all new amenities. Had tooth brushes and razor free for guest use, not something I’ve seen at any of our other hotels. Also a Dyson hairdryer! Only flaw I would mention it is in a pretty rough area and it is one out of many buildings in that area. We were actually unsure if it was the right place when we arrived and walked around the building before finding the entrance. We then had to buzz in. We would have loved it if someone came down to greet us to show that this was the right building. Besides that the staff were supper helpful. Messaged us back almost immediately every time. Even booked our taxi for us the next morning.

Excellent, Room was great, everything that was needed was there. Comfy bed, fantastic view from the balcony and Alessandra couldn't be more helpful. Great location for the metro/trains and an easy walk to most places.

Our stay was great! The hotel has spacious rooms, excellent air conditioning, and there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The only downside was that it was difficult to find using Apple Maps, which directed us the wrong way. Google Maps was much more accurate. If you’re arriving by train, exit the station, turn left, walk all the way to the end, and cross the street—the hotel will be right there. Apple Maps incorrectly sends you to the right.
