どこもチェックインに関しては、自分で操作が、求められる。時間外のチェックインはある程度語学ができないと、難しいかな？簡単な英語のやりとりとか。 部屋も新しく、リノベした様で良かった。ただＥＶは狭い。入り口は、門番が、いる感じですので、安全。

外観とは裏腹にホテルの室内はとても良かった。 オーナーにはとても親切で丁寧な対応してもらえました！ オススメのお店や探しているショップなども教えてもらったり急遽空港までのタクシーなど手配もしてもらえたりと文句無しで良い人でした。 めちゃくちゃオススメです。

Sophia was great. Very helpful. Bad area and difficult to find the door. Thrte is no sign just a. Big licked brown door on the street you enter a large courtyard that has garbage cans. You go to another locked door and wait to be let in. Great accommodation but hard to find and suboptimal check in and area around the building

The women who checked us in was rude and very pretentious. She corrected us on our Italian which we later found out from other Italians that she was incorrect. She cared more about her needs than ours. The checking process took forever because she spent 30 minutes talking down to us and then decided she wanted to make herself a coffee before starting the check in process. The rooms are very clean and modern.

Excellent place to stay. Sofia is absolutely amazing at welcoming and assisting with questions. She goes above and beyond to help. We were very disappointed that we could not stay the 2nd night that we’d had booked and paid for. Because of the soccer game happening on May 23, we were unable to get a taxi to the airport in the early morning, due to road closures and celebrations. The property is very clean and located in a good shopping area.

Excellent Stay B&B Il Divino! We had an excellent stay at B&B Il Divino! Check-in was very easy, and thanks to Sophia, it was quick and fun. She gave us fantastic recommendations for the area and suggested a delicious restaurant. The hotel is conveniently located just 7 minutes from the central station. You can take the metro to the city center or enjoy a 40-minute walk. Our room was cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. Breakfast is served at a café just across the street, offering a typical Neapolitan breakfast of delicious pastries and coffee. You can either sit and enjoy it at the café or take it to go (and they serve breakfast all day!). The overall stay was perfectly fine. The area of Naples itself is a little rough, but once you’re inside the hotel, you feel very safe and everything is comfortable. You get a pastry and coffee from the cafe across the street which was super nice and quick to grab on our way to the airport the following morning! Sophia was the one who handled everything for our booking. She made sure to call me the day before and let me know that she would have to come outside to meet us and show us inside. This is a great option if you need a nice place to relax in between travel days. They even send you to a delicious local pizza place. Self checkout in the morning was super easy. We just left our room key on the desk inside the room and were on our way.

Sofia, our hostess was so attentive and showed us how everything worked to get into the building and our room. The place has a security guard during the day. The building also has security pass for the outer door into the complex after hours and again at the Il Divino entrance. It also has an elevator to your floor…a real bonus in Italy! It is only an eight minute walk from the train and/or the bus station. We are in our 70s and it was an easy walk.
