"I got there at 1:30pm and door was locked no way of getting into a locked gate I was under the impression it was a hotel, got in lucky cause someone was leaving to find out I have to pay €0.20 to use the elevator to get the the suites(gramsci) the bed was extremely hard to sleep on also mosquito infested screen on balcony is torn allowing ton of them to bite us!! When we pointed out that we were given a room that didn't match the description on Expedia website, the manager immediately made it right, even though it it seemed the error was Expedia's, not the hotel's. He gave us a couple of restaurant recommendations - we tried both during our stay and they were excellent tips.
