どこもチェックインに関しては、自分で操作が、求められる。時間外のチェックインはある程度語学ができないと、難しいかな？簡単な英語のやりとりとか。部屋も新しく、リノベした様で良かった。ただＥＶは狭い。入り口は、門番が、いる感じですので、安全。

外観とは裏腹にホテルの室内はとても良かった。オーナーにはとても親切で丁寧な対応してもらえました！オススメのお店や探しているショップなども教えてもらったり急遽空港までのタクシーなど手配もしてもらえたりと文句無しで良い人でした。めちゃくちゃオススメです。

Room was very clean & enough space. Very nice to have vouchers for breakfast at a great cafe’ across the street. Bed was nice and big and pillows were great. A nice addition were the complimentary slippers found in the bathroom. However, check-in was a nightmare after having travelled almost 14 hours to get there.. bad communication. The check in person was supposed to be at reception waiting for us. The place was difficult enough to find and we got there only to find the entrance door locked and nobody there to let us in. Lucky that a young couple were returning to their room and let us in and were kind enough to call the person in charge to let her know we had arrived. Other than that, it was a nice quiet place to stay,

Do not stay here. I truly cannot understand how this place is as highly rated as it is… This hotel is completely misleading, as it’s actually a bed and breakfast…without even really having a breakfast. You get a voucher for a place ACROSS THE STREET where you get 1 mediocre baked good and 1 coffee. Nothing else. Both days we were there, the comforter was stained. Not sure with what. Hotel staff was kind, but the system is very clearly not run well. She had to take a picture of our passports rather than inputting the data into a system, which I didn’t love. The area itself is incredibly dirty and sketchy. You can’t walk anywhere without feeling unsafe or anxious, so you end up spending a ton on taxis which already don’t want to pick you up because it’s a short/cheap fair. Naples is definitely a place to spend extra and get a nice hotel in a nice area, and that is not this. While the interior was clean and updated of the specific “hotel” areas, it’s in a building with a really tiny door and super sketchy tiny lift that really cannot accommodate luggage or multiple people. We ended up just walking up and down the 3 flights of stairs with our bags because the lift was so sketchy. Again, spend the extra and stay somewhere better.

helpful friendly check in. Area outside is dirty and dodgy. Naples in January is wonderful. So much to see and prices for public transport and entrance fees to local attractions are reasonable.

No front door to enter without someone letting you in, and no one was available when we arrived. Had to sit in a dirty courtyard that smelled like trash and wait for staff to arrive. This was advertised as a hotel but is definitely not a hotel! It was more like abnb which is fine if you know that’s what you are paying for but is false advertising. Surrounding area did not seem safe to walk back from dinner in the dark. Staff was very friendly and helpful once she arrived. Would definitely never choose to stay there again.

Such a great spot! Staff are super friendly; it felt very safe; and it was in a great location – just a 3-minute walk from the train station & a bus stop! Absolutely would stay here again.

The place is being advertised as a hotel but is a bed and breakfast. The power went out the morning of our checkout and we were unable to access our room to get our luggage, and we had a train to catch. It was a nice room and had all the needed amenities, but does not have the convenience and luxury necessities you would get with an actual hotel and 24/7 staff.

Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt im il Divino. Die Unterkunft ist vom Bahnhof (sind mit dem Alibus vom Flughafen gekommen) aus leicht zu finden. Wir wurden herzlich von Sophia empfangen und hat uns alles gleich gezeigt wie die Zimmerkarten funktionieren… Der Aufzug ist gerade richtig für bis zu 3 Personen. Wir fanden ihn urig. Als sie die Tür zum Il Divino geöffnet hatte, waren wir sofort verliebt 😉 wunderschön gepflegt und alles neu mit Klimaanlage. Uns wurde ein Espresso angeboten und die Maschine erklärt. Wurden u.a.auch gleich von den Zimmermädchen begrüßt. Wir hatten das Zimmer Ebe. Ein wunderbares Zimmer. Sehr bequemes Bett, alles neu, tolles Bad mit perfekter Parfümsauswahl, Duschgel, Shampoo,… täglich hatten wir frische Bade-und Handtücher. Auch die Betten wurden täglich frisch gemacht. Grazie Lucia!!! Übrigens der Tipp für die Pizzeria war Weltklasse Luigi!!! Das Frühstück im Café gegenüber war auch gut. Sie hatten eine gute Auswahl. Wir konnten am Tag der Abreise unser Gepäck noch im Il Divino bis nachmittags lassen und haben es dann zum abgesprochenen Termin abgeholt. War ganz lieb von euch! Gerne kommen wir wieder. Wir können il Divino nur weiterempfehlen!!! Mille grazie 🙏!!!!!! Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

The lady at check-in was very kind and helpful and guided us thru everything. The room was in excellent condition, just as pictured! Would come back again. Metro station is less than 10 min walk. Everything conveniently located. Def recommend!

Sophia called the day before to let us know that she’d be there to greet us. I called her as soon as we arrived outside the huge courtyard doors. She came right away, and was do sweet. The room is smallish, but clean and comfortable. I will definately recommend the il Davino bed & breakfast

Sophia was great. Very helpful. Bad area and difficult to find the door. Thrte is no sign just a. Big licked brown door on the street you enter a large courtyard that has garbage cans. You go to another locked door and wait to be let in. Great accommodation but hard to find and suboptimal check in and area around the building

The women who checked us in was rude and very pretentious. She corrected us on our Italian which we later found out from other Italians that she was incorrect. She cared more about her needs than ours. The checking process took forever because she spent 30 minutes talking down to us and then decided she wanted to make herself a coffee before starting the check in process. The rooms are very clean and modern.
