「The location of the property is excellent given its proximity to the Port and transport hubs. We had a stunning view of the Port and Castle from our room. The staff were very friendly but professional at the same time and we felt vey well looked after - nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was varied and always delivered on time. 「The room was great. The beds are a little firm but much more preferable than too soft for us. There are 2 heavy gates to access the property plus the locked door to the lobby then finally our room so safety was never a concern. Our host communicated quickly after I had posed several questions and was even timely in her response when I had a question after checkout.
