"Great location for walking around Vomero and to see the castle. It was very loud at night and early in the morning which was a struggle for us because we had just arrived from the U.S. after several long flights. It was easy to find the apartment and easily accessible. They also helped us arrange transport from the airport with a wonderful driver. The apartment was fairly clean and the facilities are good. "Nice place, though this does not feel like hotel hotel more like an shared apartment. We received no information on how to get into the building or our room. Luckily another couple was also staying there and entering at the same time, they were helpful enough to tell me how to get access, but this was not ideal. Might have been my fault for not sending IDs beforehand but also there was no follow up after booking. It was fixed quickly as soon as I talked to the host and the place was nice....

"Lovely property! However, there were just 2 (albeit important) items that were inconvenient. The first is the lack of on-site parking and/or valet. We had a car rental and had to park the car in a lot which the hotel claims is 5 min walk away. It’s more like 10-15 min and not an easy walk. Not something I prefer to do when checking into a hotel. The other inconvenient thing was the noisy doors! They made so much noise that they’d wake you up with a loud bang very early in the morning. They seem like the original doors to the building from years ago. They’re old and need updating. Beyond this, the hotel is very charming and super clean. Rooms are huge."

"I have stayed in hostels across more than seven countries, and CX Naples Centrale is by far the best hostel experience I've had. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They made it easy for me to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out, which was very convenient for sightseeing around Naples. I was especially impressed by their assistance when my locker lock malfunctioned and I couldn't open it. The staff responded quickly, solved the problem professionally, and made what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free. The facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained, and the level of customer service truly stood out. I would highly recommend CX Naples Centrale to anyone visiting Naples and would gladly stay here again."
