The location is unbeatable, right next to Napoli Centrale train station, which made getting around the city and traveling to places like Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast extremely convenient. Despite the busy area, the hotel felt peaceful and secure inside. Our room was spacious, clean, and modern, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities we needed. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of options, both Italian and international. The coffee was also top-notch, just what you need to start your day in Italy. Highly recommend Starhotels Terminus for anyone visiting Naples—whether you’re traveling for business or leisure. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip!"

"Really friendly and helpful staff. Lots of communication and they were able to help us out with a travel cot, non-smoking room and even a last minute late check out. Breakfast was excellent - best coffee I’ve ever had at a hotel breakfast. While the area around the station was a little busy it didn’t disturb us and we never felt unsafe."

"The hotel was very conveniently located for the activities we did while in Naples. We were walking distance to the train station, about 1.5 miles to the docks and about 2.5 miles to the airport. Breakfast was not included but was delicious and convenient before starting our day."

"It is located outside central Naples. However taking a taxi with special price with taxi takes you there whenever you want. The free shuttle service is only at night. Turn right then right, you will find a tuck shop with all drinks provisions including water. Turn right then left you will find the best Italian restaurant where locals eat which is very reasonable and tasty. All staff at the hotel are excellent. My vip status was recognised with an upgrade. Reception staff are very helpful particularly Mario, Martel’s and two more I forget their names. They are all amazing. Breakfast is repetitive but very nice. Room was just like home on the first floor. We already miss the people at this hotel. Thank you and would highly recommend if you don’t mind taking a taxi for all other excursions "
