"First of all, your reqest for feedback sould be sent in the guest's language! That would show a connetion rather than making the guest feel simply like a reporter. I had two concerns. The room was very cold and I do not feel that guests should be asked to carry their garbage downstairs!!! I have never been told to do that at any other place Ihave stayed. Other than that it was a wonderful stay."

The staff were very friendly and took time to explain the best things to see in the city. Everything looked newly renovated and clean, modern design. Ask to get the code access prior to arrival. "
