「Excellent hotel located in a beautiful zone of Naples. Great transportation option with subway 3 blocks from the hotel. General maintenance of hotel is good. We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. It neeeds better logistics for breakfast where cutlery is difficult to find, there is only one salt recipient or sometimes a door to access breakfast is closed and difficult to open if...

「We loved this hotel and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Sorrento! It’s a little bit out of the city centre, which makes it very quiet and relaxing. The outdoor spaces (pool, restaurant, gardens) are beautiful and the staff is very kind and welcoming. The hotel also partners with a number of tour companies which you can book through Expedia messenger or the front desk. We booked the Amalfi boat tour and had an amazing day! 「スタッフのアントニオは、とても親切。宿泊の数日前から、交通手段や駐車場が必要か、到着時間を聞いてくれます。このホテルに宿泊するには、WHAT'S　UP　の使用がMUSTです。部屋は清潔で、毎日のメイドサービスもあり完璧。ただし、雑居ビルのなかのホテルなので、ビルの入り口・ホテルの入り口・部屋の入り口と3つの鍵が必要。フロント常駐ではないので、チェックイン前の荷物預かりも不可。荷物預けには、近くのホテル　マルコに荷物預かり所があるので安心ですけど。滞在中はキッチンは使いやすく、近くにスーパーもあり、快適に過ごせてよかったです。ありがとう、アントニオ！！」
