First hotel I’ve ever stayed in that charges to check in before the check in time. €30 and the room is magically ready. Room not as pictured, old, hasn’t been updated since the 80s. Staff rude, knock on door even with do not disturb on.

The property was perfect. The room was very clean, well decorated, nice shower, small balcony. Hotel had an elevator. It was across the street from the train station, feltrinelli’s bookstore, a market, small shopping mall, the hop on hop off bus. I would highly recommend staying there.

Hotel inside wasn’t clean prior. Sink had male hair from someone shaving prior. Shower was not clean had a film. Bed was dirty and dusty under. Area was near a train station good if you are looking to travel place to place. Area however isn’t nice considering it’s near a train station. Staff was really nice and helpful.

We stayed in a room overlooking a courtyard and it was very quiet at night. The pillows were fluffy and soft. The mattress a little too hard for my taste but some might find it comfortable. I stayed at this hotel 5 years ago and the breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately, I cannot say this same this time. The “bacon” was uncooked, the scrambled eggs way too watery. The bake goods section ok. Fruit bowls was filled with non fresh cut up fruit sitting in fake syrup. There was a shortage of coffee and/ or milk at all times and it took a long time to clean the tables while some people stood around it waiting to sit. The front desk staff was cordial and accommodating. The cleaning lady came in the middle of the afternoon to bring us 2 bottles of water, without being asked to do so. She said “I just wanted to make sure you had water in case you get thirsty”. Very sweet lady!

Good location. Right by the train station with plenty of food options and taxi service to get to other locations. Room was big, nice and clean. Restaurant in the hotel was good. Friendly staff.
