「the property is amazing. its in the center of Bellagio and its only 10-15min walk from it. if you get the chance get the room with the balcony you can see a beautiful sunrise and sunset overlooking lake como. the terrace alone makes any room you book amazing. you can take a trip around then at night just relax with the view of lake como before heading in for the night. the staff are wonderful. the hostess and everyone there are some of the kindest people you will meet in Italy as a whole. 「アパルタメントなので、ホテルではありません。 前日にメールで「受付がないので、何人で何時にくるか」の問い合わせと待ち合わせ場所の連絡があり、当日の朝に、そのメールを見て返信したのですが、電車が遅れて遅延したので、途中Wifiに繋げることができ、到着時間の変更連絡ができて問題なかったのですが、通信手段がなかったら、ちょっと焦りました。 閑散期なので、Bellagio自体に観光客が少なく、アップグレードしてくれました。一人だったのですが２つのBed Room、ダイニング、台所ととっても広く、どこをどう使うか悩むぐらいでした。部屋もシンプルで広くてとってもステキでした！家族4人ぐらいでも問題ないと思います。」
