「We loved this property. We were looking for something authentic and this was definitely it. This apartment had lots of character and ambience. it was well equipped for cooking and living. We loved the spiral staircase and the bedroom on the upper level. We also built a fire in the outdoor fireplace. The grocery store up the street was fantastic along with the fact that it had fill your own bottle of red or white wine.」

「Marco and Daniela are both amazing! Not only did they offer to pick us up and drop us off to the train station, they also offered to drop us to Varenna one of the days! We were welcomed with snacks and Prosecco at the apartment, which also had all of the amenities you will ever need. Could not fault this stay, and looking forward to visiting again! 」

「If we could rate it a 10 we would. Claudia was a gracious host. It was right on the water. We loved watching the baby swans and countless water birds. All the fittings in the apartment were high-end luxury. The only downside was that there was no place close for a coffee, drink or snack. That’s not the host’s fault! 「Our stay was lovely just outside of Bellagio. The apartment was thoughtfully stocked with plugs, local information etc and was spotlessly clean. A ferry pickup, supermarket, park, beach and several restaurants were within easy walking distance. We hope to get to use the inviting pool for a future visit during warmer weather.」

Only approx 20min walk from the centre of Locco where there is shopping and train station. On train less than hour to Milan and 20 mins (quick train) to the stunning Verrena. 「Ein wunderschönes Hotel in echt italienischem Stil. Gutes Essen am Abend und ein reichhaltiges Frühstück. Im Zimmer Nr. 217 sollte ein Schreiner die Badezimmertüre unten etwa 2 Millimeter abhobeln damit sie nicht auf dem Boden schleift und klemmt. Ist aber kein wirkliches Problem, v.a. nicht nachdem wir die Hornisse in unserem Zimmer eingefangen und draussen freigelassen haben.... Kleinigkeiten halt!
