「Building itself is not very new, but it's all clean and confortable. As the first bike hotel in Como area, their support was perfect, not only cycling but also how to get/out to their hotel. Enough information and very good relationship with others in Bellagio. I appreciated thiei free laundry service, which we can get cleaned clothes just after 2hours after we handed them. Their location is fantastic also. A bit far from city center but that was better for me. I had a very relaxing night...

「We had an amazing stay. We booked the lake view room and it’s beautiful. The family who run the hotel are very kind and the service is unmatched. They went the extra mile to help us during our stay. Rooms were cleaned daily, good breakfast. They have dinner options at the hotel and there is also a restaurant close by - just be mindful of the closing times. 「Lovely hotel and grounds. We had a room on the 3rd floor with two balconies affording us stellar views of the mountains and lake. The rearward facing balcony was quiet and peaceful. We through the doors open and had a lovely breeze all evening. The pool is lovely and there were plants of lounge chairs for reading and relaxing + two showers.
