「3泊しましたが、お部屋は広く清潔で、ホテル内も広くて美しく、何より従業員の方々がみんなとても親切で、とても快適でした。」

「We had the a perfect view of Lake Como from our room which was absolutely incredible. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Many lovely restaurants nearby, and the hotel is literally right in front of the boat terminal so very walkable. Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit!」

「レイクビューでお部屋は最高。職員も親切で、手持ちのアダプターがうまくいかなかったところ、ホテルのアダプターを貸してくれた。場所は街の中心に近い湖畔でとても便利。建物と設備はやや古いけど清潔感があって問題なし。また泊まりたい。」

「Building itself is not very new, but it's all clean and confortable. As the first bike hotel in Como area, their support was perfect, not only cycling but also how to get/out to their hotel. Enough information and very good relationship with others in Bellagio. I appreciated thiei free laundry service, which we can get cleaned clothes just after 2hours after we handed them. Their location is fantastic also. A bit far from city center but that was better for me. I had a very relaxing night...

「Stayed for two nights. Very lovely setting, clean and well stoked with amenities. Bonus access to hotel facilities which we didn’t have time to use but lovely to walk around the front garden. Paid for the breakfast at the hotel which was worth it in my view! We had the medium room and my teenage daughter was very happy with her massive sofa bed in the living room! Close to shops and restaurants and a pharmacy down the road. True about not providing a bottle of water upon arrival which was a...
