"The property itself was nice with a solid view of the lake. I had thought the property was on the lake side, but it’s actually across the street. Nevertheless, the views of the lake were still good. The unit was a more modern unit with good AC, plenty of space and multiple balconies. "We stayed here for 2 nights in early October 2025. It’s not the fanciest hotel but it has a great location. The bed was hard. Pillows were good. Great shower with hot water! Loved that our balcony opened up with a view of the lake. Lovely shops and dining all around. If you want more of a budget friendly stay in a good location close to the ferry then this will work well for you! "

"Beautiful room with luxurious views of Lake Como. Only cons is the lack of walkability and I didn’t enjoy the food at the restaurant. But overall the staff were very accommodating and made it even more special celebration with a beautiful and tasty cake, champagne, and balloons with their birthday package. I loved waking up to the balcony views and the heated pool that I could enjoy even in October weather! Would definitely stay at this hotel again if I return to Lake Como. "

"The hotel was exceptionally better than I thought! It is in such a beautiful location surrounded by amazing Mountain View’s and only 1 minute away from lake como beach area behind the property. The hotel itself is a little dated but kept in excellent condition and very clean! Parking is available and the staff were incredibly nice. I would stay in this property again and highly recommend it. "
