「Beautiful restored villa on the shores of Lake Como」

「The options of breakfast are limited. There is no place to go in local, the ferry to main site, such as, Bellagio,,, are limited. If you miss the one at 8:50am, you have to wait to another one at 12:00 pm.」

「This was our fourth stay at Hotel Regina. We have previously enjoyed visiting and even recommended the hotel to friends, who stayed there for two nights. Unfortunately, our latest experience was very disappointing. Due to an unexpected family emergency, we had to shorten our stay by one night. We contacted the hotel hoping for some understanding and flexibility given these exceptional circumstances and our history as returning guests. 「The hotel was lovely and was in an excellent and convenient location to the ferry, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was exceptional and the service by Tanya and Jessica was incredible! The room was nice (quite small). The bathroom was beautiful and spacious . The bed was comfortable. The only minor issue we found was that it was a little challenging regulating the temperature (specifically, the heat).」

「Great staff members who went above and beyond for us. Restaurant food was also good. However. There were a lot of mosquitoes and this disrupted our sleep so much. When we woke up, there was traces of bites on our bodies and it was an unsavory experience. Overall, it was okay but that made our stay a bit uncomfortable. Also, the breakfast was very bland with limited options.」

「Wonderful stay! We can not say enough great things about the staff. They were so kind to us and truly care about their guests!」

「The staff was the friendliest and most accommodating of our whole trip to Italy! The room was so clean and the view of Lake Como from our room was AMAZING. They have an absolutely delicious breakfast every morning and meal options in the evening just in case you don't want to venture out. 100% recommend!」
