「Das renovierte Zimmer war super sauber und recht modern. Das beste die Klimaanlage. Personal war immer recht freundlich und bemüht. Frühstück sehr sehr einfach, aber gut. Das beste war der direkte Zugang zum See. Liegen waren auch gut zu bekommen. Es geht zwar an den Liegen am See ein öffentlicher Weg vorbei, das aber kaum ein Problem ist. Was besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass das Hotel mega Hundefreundlich ist. Man kann den Hund zum Essen und direkt an die Liegen an den See mitnehmen. Tolles...

「Building itself is not very new, but it's all clean and confortable. As the first bike hotel in Como area, their support was perfect, not only cycling but also how to get/out to their hotel. Enough information and very good relationship with others in Bellagio. I appreciated thiei free laundry service, which we can get cleaned clothes just after 2hours after we handed them. Their location is fantastic also. A bit far from city center but that was better for me. I had a very relaxing night...

「Das Hotel liegt super, unmittelbarer Zugang zum See. Unbedingt zu empfehlen sind die Zimmer mit Seeblick. Unser Zimmer selbst zeigte deutliche Gebrauchsspuren, hier wäre grundsätzlich eine Aufarbeitung notwendig. Nichtsdestotrotz würden wir das Hotel wieder wählen bei unserem nächsten Besuch am Comer See. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals hat uns sehr überzeugt. Das Frühstück war okay, auch lokale Produkte wurden angeboten.」

「The hotel is located on the mountain and the view of lake Lugano is spectacular. As it turns out, the rest of the experience was less so. We arrived around 10pm and by then, the kitchen was closed. The staff reluctantly served us drinks while at the same time wiping tables and closing down - despite the fact that the bar was supposed to stay open for another 30 minutes.
