The hotel is beautiful but the stay as sub par. We were very disappointed with the hotel treatment of an expedia customer. It seems if we had booked with them directly we would of been take better care of. Our room was extremely hot and the AC did not work we finally said something on day 2 of our 4 night stay and maintenance knew that the AC was not working in this room. They moved us to a room that had working AC the hotel was massive so it was not sold out. Seems like they chose to put us in a sub par room due to the rate paid on expedia. Also parking was included as per Expedia's website as a VIP member and they still charged us 13 euros for parking. Was told we could request a refund from Expedia for the parking. This hotel is beautiful but lacks customer service if you book with Expedia.

Very clean, safe and convenient. We did not care for the ultramodern design and furniture but the staff was friendly and helpful.
Bathroom sink was too shallow and it allowed water to splash onto floor.
The safe in our room did not work so it was useless to us. Overall experience though was good. VG
