「This has been my dream hotel for so long! I am feeling sooo grateful that I got to stay here!! I was wowed from the very first moment I saw the hotel. I was greeted very warmly by the bellman and the greeters. Stephania, Natalia and Luka were so very kind. Stephania was more than helpful to me the entire stay. I came up a lot to ask questions and she handled them with grace!! I saw her throughout the property and she was sooooo nice and welcoming. I felt important there!! Thank you so so so...

「Apartment is beautiful. However you have no privacy in the living room area as you can see from outside the windows in and here in lake como there are many more apartments around that are higher than this one or about the same height and can see in. Also had LOTS of trouble with check in as the host DOES NOT want to answer anything and only directs you to a link with drop down arrows where there is paragraphs explaining things. They only give you a parking lot and pictures and you need to...

「Our family of 3 had a great time staying at the property. The only issue was the Wi-Fi, it was very weak and dropped constantly. Besides that, other things were nice. It’s close to water taxi, as well as ferry to Bellagio/Verrana (10 mins walk to your left), ferry to Como & bus are few step on the right. Would stay here again. 」

「Really lovely apartment with a beautiful view of the lake Como. We walked to Tremezzo which was only 8/10 mins from us Lenno was also around the same so both town are fairly close. However when hot you probably want to take PT but the bus was not on time most times. Regardless this property on its own was worth it. Comfortable bed and clean property is with all amenities you’ll need for a few days. My husband and I enjoyed our time here very much. 」

This apartment is brilliant. Really clean, great size, has all the amenities you need. And then you look out across a view that is just magnificent. One of the best places we have stayed at. 「The hotel was lovely and was in an excellent and convenient location to the ferry, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was exceptional and the service by Tanya and Jessica was incredible! The room was nice (quite small). The bathroom was beautiful and spacious . The bed was comfortable. The only minor issue we found was that it was a little challenging regulating the temperature (specifically, the heat).」

「Building itself is not very new, but it's all clean and confortable. As the first bike hotel in Como area, their support was perfect, not only cycling but also how to get/out to their hotel. Enough information and very good relationship with others in Bellagio. I appreciated thiei free laundry service, which we can get cleaned clothes just after 2hours after we handed them. Their location is fantastic also. A bit far from city center but that was better for me. I had a very relaxing night...
