「Nice breakfast, clean room, very helpful staff, beautiful garden, amazing Christmas decoración !」

「The hotel was lovely and was in an excellent and convenient location to the ferry, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was exceptional and the service by Tanya and Jessica was incredible! The room was nice (quite small). The bathroom was beautiful and spacious . The bed was comfortable. The only minor issue we found was that it was a little challenging regulating the temperature (specifically, the heat).」

「Beautiful restored villa on the shores of Lake Como」

「Building itself is not very new, but it's all clean and confortable. As the first bike hotel in Como area, their support was perfect, not only cycling but also how to get/out to their hotel. Enough information and very good relationship with others in Bellagio. I appreciated thiei free laundry service, which we can get cleaned clothes just after 2hours after we handed them. Their location is fantastic also. A bit far from city center but that was better for me. I had a very relaxing night...

「Close to the train station, and this was the main reason that we booked this hotel, and no stairs necessary and about 5 minutes walk to the hotel downhill. Return to station is a bit uphill but no steps and mainly smooth surface so just a bit longer but not difficult. There is two cafe/bar right below the hotel so it can be convenient.」

「Excellent location. Lovely staff. The hotel is charming. What a treat」

「Wonderful stay! We can not say enough great things about the staff. They were so kind to us and truly care about their guests!」

「The staff was the friendliest and most accommodating of our whole trip to Italy! The room was so clean and the view of Lake Como from our room was AMAZING. They have an absolutely delicious breakfast every morning and meal options in the evening just in case you don't want to venture out. 100% recommend!」

「レイクビューが素晴らしく、中心地までのシャトルバスでの送迎が便利だった」

「湖に隣接、ホテルのレストランも良い雰囲気ですが、近辺に美味しいレストランもあって快適に過ごせます。」

「This place was amazing. The view was spectacular and it was so quiet and peaceful. Our room had floor to ceiling windows to capture the beautiful grounds and the amazing mountains and lake. The breakfast had everything you could want and the food was great. The villa had multiple places where you could relax from the pool or with drinks in the cozy indoor seating area. We had dinner on the terrace that was beautifully lit with candles and the food was delicious. The staff were friendly and very...

「バスタブ無しの部屋でしたが、お願いしたところ、別の部屋のバスタブを使わせてくれました。」

「This has been my dream hotel for so long! I am feeling sooo grateful that I got to stay here!! I was wowed from the very first moment I saw the hotel. I was greeted very warmly by the bellman and the greeters. Stephania, Natalia and Luka were so very kind. Stephania was more than helpful to me the entire stay. I came up a lot to ask questions and she handled them with grace!! I saw her throughout the property and she was sooooo nice and welcoming. I felt important there!! Thank you so so so...

「内装が素敵だった。湖畔で食べる朝ごはんは格別」

「Even though the elevator was out and we had to use stairs, all the other sevices compensate for that,」

「This was our fourth stay at Hotel Regina. We have previously enjoyed visiting and even recommended the hotel to friends, who stayed there for two nights. Unfortunately, our latest experience was very disappointing. Due to an unexpected family emergency, we had to shorten our stay by one night. We contacted the hotel hoping for some understanding and flexibility given these exceptional circumstances and our history as returning guests. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the management’s...
