The best thing was the fully equipped kitchen and the beautiful private onsen with a big window that opens up to the backyard. Privacy is 10/10. There were plenty of time slots available and the staff was so helpful and kind especially with my young children. They even brought my 3 year old some crackers to cheer her up when she was cranky at breakfast. There are toys available in the lobby. It really feels like they thought of everything! I’m so happy we were able to have this first experience at a ryokan as a family."
