I had a pleasant stay. The staff were exceptionally kind, and the driver was also very courteous. One of the highlights was the complimentary drinks available at most times, including alcoholic beverages. While the building and facilities felt a bit dated, the private baths attached to some rooms were absolutely fantastic. The hotel is surrounded by a spacious property, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere that made for a relaxing experience.

It's value of money. We enjoyed the food and the complimentary wine/sake/beer/drinks. The public onsen baths were clean and tranquil, with one overlooking Mount Fuji. The room was spacious and clean. Highly recommended!

Property is very nice and quiet. Love the private onsen and 10 dinner course experience. Great kids area, so family friendly. Only thing we weren’t aware of or may have forgetter is that checkout is 10:30 not 11am and no late checkout. So that threw us off a bit. But would come back again for another get away.

Kaiseki meal was the best but room looks dirty

We love the food. Everything was delicious. That was thr best thing we experienced in this hotel. And also they have free drinks. The room is spacious. Bathroom looks clean. The room is spacious but I not sure how clean the room is. The bedside table has very visible dust because of that I think maybe they also don't vaccuum their bed, sofa and carpet. The bed and pillows are not comfortable.

ホテルにチェックインすると、ラウンジでジュース及びアルコールが飲み放題なので、部屋に行く前にそこでゆっくりしてしまいます。ジュース類、ビール、焼酎、ウイスキー、ワインがあります。部屋はツインを予約しましたが、広々としていて気持ちよく宿泊できます。夕飯は和食でした。 温泉は露店があり、気持ちよく入れます。 伊豆の中でおすすめホテルですね
