"I stayed at Copal Tulum Hotel for four days and overall had a great experience. The atmosphere is beautiful, with a relaxing jungle vibe that makes it easy to unwind. The cenote on the property was definitely a highlight—such a unique and wonderful feature. The yoga sessions were a 10/10, and the on-site photographer was also excellent. The food at the restaurant on the property was really good as well—everything I tried was fresh and flavorful. Transportation arrangements were smooth and well accommodated, which made getting around much easier. The staff truly made a difference in my stay. Max was especially pleasant, kind, and very helpful, and Johnny was also incredibly supportive throughout my visit. The only downside was that the door was sometimes difficult and inconvenient to lock and open. I also purchased an upgraded room, which did not meet my expectations, it felt a bit small base on what is shown. Overall, despite a couple of minor inconveniences, I would absolutely stay here again. "

"Overall, the resort is very beautiful and organized. It’s pleasant to simply be there with the modern design and look. However, the rooms are a bit poorly established: the bathroom did not have a fan so throughout our weekly stay, the smell was pungent. The staff was very nice and respectful, and it was very nice to have a shuttle system traveling 24/7 past all living quarters to pick up and drop off the people vacationing. We really enjoyed the events that were planned throughout our time. It was well prepared for and fantastically performed. I highly recommend this stay to others, overall it’s an amazing location with amazing service to relax and have a lot of fun "

Every corner of the resort feels thoughtfully curated, yet warm and inviting at the same time. Our room was huge, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. The beds were especially cozy, making it easy to unwind and get a great night’s sleep after long days by the sea. The staff was exceptional — genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to help. From the front desk team to the restaurant staff and the people working on the beach, everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. The beach was beautiful, with soft sand and stunning views. Even though there were waves during our stay, it only added to the charm and natural beauty of the setting. Overall, Casa Malca is a special place that offers a perfect combination of comfort, tranquility, and character. We left with amazing memories and would absolutely love to return."
