"Checking in was super easy as it was done online, which meant we didn’t have to worry since our flight was delayed. Room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The trains could be heard but it really didn’t bother me. "

Told if you order off ala carte menu items would take an hour as would drinks that had to be made at another bar. The staff was not friendly or helpful. It is as if they could care less to help you or make you feel welcome"

"Felt nuisance to take my shoes off at first, however in order to keep the cleanliness of the floors it should be necessary. Situated next to Tsutenkaku tower with many interesting restaurants. I enjoyed the Spa experience during my stay, highly recommended."

"My room had very stained walls, curtains, and bed spread. Bed and pillow very firm and uncomfortable. Not at all like the photos. The shower had a lot of rust stains. The common areas were dirty, dusty, stained and the furniture is so old it's uncomfortable. Staff was not friendly when I checked in/out. Air conditioner had dirt and mold inside it when i turned it on. Nearby area is fine. Location is good. "
