This was an excellent location just about 5mins away from the JR station with lots of local small businesses around with great drinks, food and more. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable!! Overall it was such a great find and would recommend. Took us about 10mins to Dotonbori with the JR train. They also hold your luggage as needed.

Location location location! Two train stops from Shinjuku is the trump card of all. Quietness and coziness in the neighborhood. Choice of traditional room for the taste of Japan. Only setback is the lonely cockroach corpse rip next to the stairs for two days. Guess they overlooked somehow. But the rest is perfect.

A nice apartment-like hotel with staff who can speak Mandarin and some English. The hotel room itself was clean and quite spacious. It's very close to a grocery/general store (~7 minutes by walking), a convenience store (~4 minutes by walking), and a metro station (which is by the grocery store). At the front desk, there's one-time-use toothbrushes and toothpaste, q-tips, and other basic amenities which we found to be helpful.

Comfortable stay… away from downtown Osaka

Staff were not necessarily friendly( compared to other hotels in Japan) but managed to check us in with no issues. However, the room was very clean and beds were comfortable. I particularly liked that there was a washing machine and a dryer feature in the shower … we managed to dry our clothes! It was located in a quieter part of Osaka but within transportation distance to downtown.

Property looks fairly new. It is clean, beds are comfy to me, great water pressure for a hot shower! We stayed for 3 days, so it checked all our boxes. it did have a stovetop, microwave and a washing machine, which was actually more than we needed. if you plan plan to use those things, be forewarned that there were no utensils or cookeware, or detergents or things like that. i think the guest bears that responsibility! yes, i would book there again!

Absolutely do not stay here. The entire area reeks, and the hotel itself is disgusting. Customer service is useless—we went to the front desk multiple times about our room not being cleaned, and they kept lying that it would be taken care of, but nothing was ever done. The room was filthy, especially under the bed where there was hair, dust, and gunk everywhere. We even switched rooms only to find the exact same mess. This is hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and if you’re visiting Osaka for the first time, booking here will ruin your trip.

The room could have been equipped better

The facilities of this hotel are new, but that's about it. They provide you a kitchen but no utensils/plates/pans etc. They also provide you a washing machine, but no detergent. So make sure you bring your own if you plan to use it. The bathroom has no shelf for your clothes/towels. The staffs speak Chinese and English so communication was not a problem.
