We had a great stay! The place was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. The location was also very convenient, with 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and Daiso just nearby. Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again!

Lovely stay! Pretty hotel with very helpful staff, great location next to many convenience stores and close to attractions. Laundry services came in handy for extended periods of travel. Did not have breakfast or dinner at the hotel though. Would highly recommend!

Very pleasant stay. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very conveniently located next to the train stations, making it easy to travel around Osaka. Great stay! The front desk staff were very accommodating, polite and can communicate well in English. Clean room with comfy bed and amazing shower. Good location. Close to the station and convenient stores (Lawson, 7 Eleven, Family Mart). Walking distance to several tourist destinations like Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, etc. I highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic property for a family of 4. We booked adjoining rooms so that we each had a twin bed to sleep in. The pajamas and amenities were a nice added touch. The attendant at the front desk was super helpful.

Very new hotel. The room was clean and modern. Very quiet as well. Location is away from the hustle and bustle but shopping and food was within a 15-to 20-minute walk. Staff was really helpful. All around a great experience.

Hotel itself is beautiful. Very clean, rooms are big and gorgeous. The king size room with sofa bed fit our family of 3 very well. Breakfast was wonderful. The staff at the front desk are a little cold, and seem bothered if you ask for help with anything They just seem bothered. The hotel is nice. Solid 4/5 compared to other hotels.. just need a little friendlier front desk staff

The place is convenient in namba. The location is a little off the common stations but it is pretty good once you get used to it. I like the hotel and things are new. The breakfast is ok and it does have some interesting Osaka flavors. The staffs are extremely friends and helpful. For example, the phone map does not give a good recommendations to the airport and the staff has recommended an even better path for me going to the airport. The travel is easier and time saving. Overall, I like the hotel and I can stay there again

This hotel was absolutely amazing!!! If we didn't have things to do, we could've slept all day in those extremely comfortable beds! The staff were beyond polite and helpful. Although breakfast and dinner were a bit pricey... everything we ate was delish! There were so many options nearby as well so we had many outside options to choose from! A Lawson and 7 eleven nearby... a daiso ... and dotonbori was a 20 minute walk. The bathtub was perfect after long days . This hotel had an arcade and an onsen . Wish we would've tried it but until next time! Highly recommend this hotel for anyone. We were a family of four with lots of suitcases. A bit cramped but we managed just fine.

An absolutely wonderful property, friendly staff and very comfortable modern beautiful rooms. Featuring a lovely bath and shower in the room and beautiful decor. This was such a nice stay the beds were comfortable and the rooms were a treat to come back to after a day exploring Osaka. A great laundry facility with modern machines using credit card for payment which made it so easy, and you can check the progress of your washing from your TV in room which is so convenient. Happy hour in the restaurant was also very good value and came with a tasty local snack.
