"We only stayed 2 nights but rooms were clean and tidy fresh towels were delivered daily we were a party of 5 with 2 over 6ft tall thought it would be tight but was pleasantly surprised only saw staff on arrival for check-in which was fine. Really close to subway and some good shops and supermarkets. "

"Very clean and spacious rooms 27 sqm. Although its an older hotel and its more of a 80s vibe, its so clean, spacious and close to dotonbori.
Staff were friendly.
There were free amenities too. There is a washer & dryer on the 4th floor which was easy to use.
And a kitchen with microwave to use for guests.
All in all really good!"

"Great location for USJ. Friendly staff. Lots to choose from the buffet. Very few foreigners in this hotel, yet still catered towards us extremely well. Lawsons at the bottom - so handy. Lots of restaurants across the road, as well as Universal-City train station. Catch Ubers from nearby Hotel Keihan, just across the street. A lovely family hotel. Superior triple room was very comfortable with 2 bathroom sinks and a great bathroom. Lots of toiletries on hand. Helped us send our luggage to Tokyo....
