"States are very helpful and polite. Hotel room is very clean. It’s my 2nd time staying in this hotel which is located in a super convenient location. Love the surroundings and easy to walk everywhere in Shinsaibashi or Namba. Breakfast was a little disappointing but it’s ok. More European options would be better. Will come back again "

The room was comfortable and quiet, I had one of the best sleeps I’ve had in a long time, something I don’t even get back home. It truly helped me feel rested and rejuvenated. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and I would gladly return. Thank you Sotetsu!"

"This is our second time stayed in this property. It is excellent in term of location. Namba is very central with all the action spots are within easy reach. Lots of restaurants. The property is spacious . We have premium double have a very functional kitchen and mirco wave. Although we do not cook much. but it is nice to have. The front desk personnel is always very attentive and spoke good English. However I do find this time the housekeeping was not that attentive. I hope they will improve in this aspect."
