Reasonable price with friendly staffs. Offer great services such as free laundry, lounge from 2-10pm, Smart Pack to compress your clothes to save luggage space. The restaurant downstairs offers great food at reasonable price.

I liked that it was in a central location. Staff was amazing helping us with our passport issues considering the language barrier. Would definitely stay there again.

Located near metro stations and lots of restaurants, shopping and attractions in Osaka. The hotel is a bit on the older side, but otherwise clean and good to stay in. Onsite laundry is free. Vacuum packing for clothes also free. Guest lounge has free food and drinks (including wine, beer and sake).

I had a great stay at this hotel! Its location is incredibly convenient—close to everything, including a vibrant shopping area. The accessibility made exploring the city easy and enjoyable. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with friendly staff. I’d definitely stay here again for the location alone.
