Great location for transport, plenty of food, huge shopping mall very close by at Tennoji among others. Read some bad reviews about the staff, however I did not encounter any problems. They were polite and welcoming. Rooms could be cleaned a bit better, some dusty corners in the main room and hairs in the bathroom. Rooms with windows facing the street can be a bit frustrating as there are a lot of annoying and repetitive sounds at night. Otherwise, the stay was fine.

Weird Smell in the hotel. The room was dirty despite multiple requests for it to be cleaned. Duty was in the corners and on the air conditioner. Mold was found in the shower. コンサート目的で大阪滞在2度目の利用です。寝るだけ、コンサート会場への利便が良いホテルと探して決めました。前回は日産スタジアム、今回は京セラドームでしたがどちらも便利。ホテル近くにコンビニや飲食店もいくつもあるのも便利でした。昨今の大阪宿代が高い中、この値段と便利さで泊まれるのは助かります。
