"Had the most amazing stay here. Booked a mother daughter massage that was perfection. Hotel has unbeatable location. Everything about it is great. The only thing i wish I had asked for was a room higher up only because we could hear the occasional train passing by. Otherwise, great location, spacious rooms, wonderful spa, and yummy breakfast. "Great Location close to Namba station, clean room, professional and very helpful staff, 24 hour front desk support, bathrooms have great water pressure and water temperature control. TV screen has a home page with a lot of useful information. Spa and great view from the 40th floor pool deck. When I come back to Osaka I plan to stay here again. "

"Really spacious room especially for Japan, good location few minutes walk from Ebisucho metro line and walkable to Nipponbashi area. Bathroom with tub included was nice to have. Check in process was smooth just make sure you have all the instructions beforehand. "

"The hotel itself is very unique, I can see the owner put a lot of thoughts into it to make it attractive to kids and adults with a lot of small activities you can do inside the hotel. The best part is that all of them are free as well as the drink. Room is clean as a standard Japanese hotel would be. Lots of convenient amenities too. However, I do need to point out that the rooms are noisy. The busy street is one reason, another reason is that there is a fridge right next to the pillow! When the fridge starts to work, it is noisy especially deep in the night. Many people would need to use earplugs (they are provided for free too)."
