"Reception staff really friendly and helpful in providing directions and recommendations. Open 24/7 which was perfect as we were at a late wedding. There is a tram stop (16) 5 min walk from hotel which takes you to San Siro and also the central location so perfect for travelling around. The room was compact and clean. "This place was terrible and I do not recommend. We arrived at 6 AM at the property and our room was not ready until 3 PM. Several guests that arrived before 3 PM were given rooms earlier for check in but they seemed annoyed that we kept asking. Terrible service. They told me I had an “upgraded room” and it was more outdated and worn down that the other normal room by family stayed at. My trip to Europe was amazing but this hotel was the only stay that was disappointing."
