The room and the hotel had a very aesthetically pleasing look. The area around the hotel was filled with good eateries and even a French style bakery across the street. Overall great location in a less trafficked area of Milan.

One of my favorite hotel stays EVER. This place is immaculate, super comfortable and there are loads of small details that make the hotel 10/10. Towel warmers in the room. Cozy slippers. Espresso machine in the room. Minibar included! Loved staying here and I’ll be back for sure.

The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. It was more of a 30 minute walk to shopping, not 13 minutes. Restaurants nearby were fair and the nicer ones were about a 20 minute walk. Our room was wonderful and loved the balcony. We did not use the amenities or the hotel restaurant.

Room was extremely clean and very nice, there was a maintenence issue in my roon on arrival, the team were wuick to attend, it wasnt quickly resolvable so was offered an upgrade straight away. All staff were very friendly. The only aspect i found a little disappointing, which was most likely due to time of year but the bar was closed upstairs.

This hotel wow. The rooms are amazing, loved the full length mirror, this hotel overall is great value for the price. It’s also pretty close to a lot of the attractions and shops to walk. Would recommend and would come back. They also have a hotel in Florence that I would check out next time too based off the experience here. The staff was very friendly and super helpful.

Special mention to reception, breakfast and room cleaning staff and in particular to Deshan who gave us a lot of help and advice re venues for restaurants, shopping and train services for travel to Verona.

The staff was super helpful for my entire trip! My luggage arrived late from my flight and they were extremely helpful with communicating with the airline for me! Eternally grateful! The room was accommodating, comfortable bed and I especially loved that I could control the temperature as I’m always cold! Also, the complementary drink upon arrival was a nice surprise but the breakfast options were supreme! Fresh squeezed OJ, omelettes, Nutella with fresh fruit and bottomless cafe lattes. The entire staff from the front desk to the bar and restaurant crew were phenomenal. One gal even suggested the Calimala Florence location for the next portion of my Christmas vacation and even set up the accommodations for me. Very, very helpful. Molto Grazie to you all 😊 thank you for the unforgettable hospitality

I thought the staff was excellent. Very personable and attentive to individuals needs. They went above and beyond. House keeping did an excellent job! The extra touch was in room treats for guest that are replaced daily. Although I didn't use it much I appreciate it. The breakfast had many options. The coffee was excellent too!

I had the most incredible stay at this hotel in Milan. The staff truly made me feel like family from the moment I arrived. They went above and beyond with every request I had, no matter how big or small, and did it all with kindness and professionalism. I honestly can’t say enough good things…the level of care and attention was unmatched. This is the kind of service that makes you want to return again and again.
