"シャワーの水圧も良く、ドライヤーも風が十分強くてとてもよかったです。キッチンは利用していませんが付いていたので料理も可能だと思います。音が響きやすく、朝ほかの人が廊下を通る音で起こされました。ほかの部屋の人がシャワーを浴びるだけで部屋の中の大きな発電機？みたいなものがうるさくなります。"

"チェックインした部屋にはセキュリティーボックスがなく2時間後に設置はしたものの、それも壊れていた。 荷物を解いた後、結局は部屋を変えることになり、ようやく再び荷解きできたのが3時間後でした。 テレビをつけると画像が乱れて見ることもできず、3日連続で直してもらうように言いましたが、6泊したチェックアウトまで直してもらえませんでした。 オリンピックのためにミラノに行きました。 ホテルもそれを理由に値段を釣り上げていたのですが、せめて記載されたサービスは必要だったのではと思います。もう絶対に利用しませんし、他の人にもお勧めしません。"

"客室はきれいでした。スタッフの対応もそこそこよかったです。電子レンジもお借りできたので助かりました。朝食もおいしかったです。 ただ、予約時に、トリプルの部屋でベッド3台、バスタブ付きを希望しておりましたが、こちらについては 希望はかなわず、その説明もなかったのがちょっと残念でした。 "

"Although we had booked a room for three people, there was initially no extra bed and the amenities were not prepared for three guests. After we contacted the hotel through Expedia to explain the situation, the issue was handled immediately, and we are very grateful to the hotel manager for the prompt response. It was disappointing that the on-site staff did not resolve the issue promptly despite being informed three times. However, in the end, we were very satisfied with our stay. In particular, the breakfast was excellent—varied, high quality, and delicious. A senior male manager was especially kind and attentive, and his hospitality left a very positive impression on us. Although the hotel is relatively expensive, its location—just one minute from the Duomo—is outstanding, and the convenience of being in such a central area made our stay even more enjoyable."
