San Gervasio Tours

We had a wonderful stay, everyone was very attentive and friendly. Staff always greeted us with pleasure and had helpful recommendations on activities and restaurants on the island. The drinks were incredible, the front desk was super helpful! They helped get us taxis and always answered all of our questions. Unfortunately the only upsetting thing was the food, we tried 3 restaurants that the resort had to offer and the food very much tasted like “cafeteria food”, just very poor quality. This forced us to leave the resort to eat elsewhere. But everything else was a 10/10.

The rooms are not properly cleaned, the staff is friendly but not welcoming. The property is outdated and not well maintained. The food is terrible, you will need to eat off the resort. Overall I would rate this resort a 3/5.
