「Avoid this property. I moved to VRBO after a similar experience with a competitor's property. I did not do research. National City is down scale compared to San Diego. Navigating to the property, a block away, we saw three sex workers standing by a liquor store just down from a smoke shop. Streets and sidewalks were riddled with cracks. 「The plsce was pretty beat up, in a not great neighborhood. Thought it wasn’t worth the money.」

「The apartment was good in a little secure compound gated. The area aroun the place was a little trashy. There's a small grocery store across the street thats really the only thing close it is anout a mile to the trolley station. .」

「Wasn’t what I expected. The grass was taller than me , yard very messy. Parking was atrocious being me and my husband are 100 disabled. Neighbor could go through gate where we stayed but we couldn’t go through gate in back. I won’t ever do this again. Who gets paid to take trash to street. Not me. Needs a lot of improvement.」
