「 Very charming little house, perfect for 3 adults and 2 small dogs. Appreciated the host, got to meet on day one and helped us unload so our dogs could get out to the back yard after a 12 hour drive. It was perfectly located and we were so happy for the parking. Highly recommend this place and plan on renting again when we come back all together. Thanks for the wonderful experience! So impressed and love this house so much.」

「This is a really great location if you want to be in the heart of San Diego. Great for conferences and site seeing! It is a bit loud but tolerable given your right downtown. Some outdoor common spaces were nice. My only issue was that the shower didn't get super hot but worked well. I would stay again! 」

「We loved our stay. It was perfectly for a family of four. The kitchen was spacious with a nice big table to enjoy your meals. The beds were really comfortable. The apartment was clean and smelled really nice. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations.」

「Loved the area and all it has to offer. Parking is a bit tricky with the daily Promenade street closures but the parking garage is easily accessible and it is a super nice perk that comes with the unit. This unit is in the middle of the Gaslamp and that brings with it a colorful and diverse crowd, including some folks that are un-housed - just be aware of that. Ben is an awesome host - very communicative and supportive. Hope to stay here again someday!」
