First I’d like to acknowledge the positive. The lobby is immaculate and majority of the staff were very friendly and polite. My biggest issues were the upkeep of some common areas outside of the lobby and the guest rooms. They was water pouring though the windows throughout the property. ANC I’m not exaggerating when I say pouring. Upon entry of our first room the floors were soaking wet, windows were fogged and there was a loud sound of pooling water. We finally located the source and found that there was water gushing through the balcony door. A representative was sent to the room to view the issue. He blatantly informed us that every room would have the same issue. The next room we we we moved too ( we were told there was o my one other room available out of 715 rooms) had the same issue. We were forced to line the balcony with towels the entire stay to keep the water from coming in. We noticed that windows in the lobby were lined with towels as well which held a terrible odor. No one came at any point to remove the soaked towels. We were forced to change them daily. Additional, the hall carpets were torn, and stained and held a mildew smell throughout the property. Inside our shower I also noticed mold and mildew in several areas. Because of all the moisture and maintenance we were forced to it took away the pleasure and comfort of the trip. I didn’t expect more from the Hilton.
