The master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom, jacuzzi and a private balcony overlooking the garden and the common pool. The second bedroom has a private bathroom and two double beds. The third bedroom has a king bed. All its rooms have internet and air conditioning and a closet for your comfort.

The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and appliances, and access to a laundry room, the living room and the dining room. Right next to the living room is the terrace with a dining room and gas grill where you can enjoy the common spaces such as the pool and gardens.

If you enjoy golf, the Hard Rock course is only 1 mile away in Playacar. And if you like hiking and swimming, there are cenotes (underground swimming holes) in Playa del Carmen, only a 3 mile drive away.

To get to your condo, we offer airport transportation service at an extra cost from Cancun Airport, which is only a 45-minute drive away. Our concierge will meet and greet you at the condo and can offer you services from grocery shopping to babysitting, tour bookings, restaurant reservations and more.

- In order to ensure the safety of both guests and the condo, there are security cameras in the outdoor areas.
- Keep in mind that during the spring, the beaches may show seaweed due to climate change.

- For all the rentals we require security deposit.
- Vacation Rent: $500 USD Security Deposit.
- Rentals Long Term: Plus Utilities + $1,000 USD Security deposit.
