「This is the most beautiful and well appointed B&B I have ever stayed in. John has 5 star taste in decoration and food preparation. I would definitely recommend this place if you want an extraordinary place to stay. 」

「It's a historical building.The facilities are certainly old but very clean.I don't see the hotel staff until I check in and enter my room.It is sufficient to communicate everything by e-mail.The response is quick.You can also feel the functionality in the oldness.If you knew in advance that there was free water or snacks, you didn't have to go to a store and buy water.」

「Very nice hotel with bar and restaurant open til 10, and lots of other options within view of the hotel including strip malls, shopping and lots of restaurants. Felt safe and property was well lit. (Got here late) 」

「Terrific little historic hotel with a lot of vintage charm. Right downtown -- walking distance to the river, nearby casinos, and (in our case) the Mudbug Madness Festival. The staff was particularly warm and inviting -- offering terrific local advise and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. This place should be on your radar screen when visiting Shreveport!」

「Hotel room was a good value for the price. Front desk team was very friendly and went out of their way to make customers happy. The down side is a small parking lot that is completely full at night. The breakfast choices are limited and are repetitive if you’re staying several days. 」
